Working with a kettlebell is an incredibly effective, low impact, safe way to torch away fat (burn up to 400 kcals per 20 mins), to boost your metabolism, develop strength and endurance, tone up, improve your posture, build core stability, improve flexibility and increase cardio fitness. Doing a regular kettlebell workout really is so good for you, and now you can do one with Kettlebell Crazy's super-qualified instructor, in a group environment with your mates (think 'party') where there is music, banter, gurning, grunting, giggling and a great atmosphere!
